SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically completed within 4-8 weeks from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary based on order volume, complexity, material availability, and seasonal demand. Commissions may require additional time. 

Orders are shipped through USPS. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Any delays from the carrier, weather, or other circumstances are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
