- How long will my order take?
- All items are handmade by one person and made to order. Most orders are completed within 4-8 weeks. During busy season processing times may be longer.
- Do you offer rush orders?
- Rush orders depend on my current workload and material availability. Additional fees may apply. Please contact me to discuss processing times.
- Do you make custom outfits?
- Yes!! Use the Commission request form to submit your idea, inspiration photos, event date, and any other important details and I will get back to you with a quote!
- How do I provide my measurements?
- I have a measurement guide and form available, please follow the guide carefully and double check all measurements before submitting them. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Incorrect measurements may affect the fit of the final piece. If you have any questions please contact me!
- Can I make changes after placing my order?
- Minor changes may be possible. Once materials have been purchased or construction has started, changes may result in additional fees and extended processing times.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Due to everything being handmade and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
- Do you work with customer supplied fabrics?
- In some cases, yes. Please contact me before placing an order if you would like to discuss supplying your own fabric.
- Can I see progress photos of my order?
- Of course! Just contact me if you would like to see how your order is going!
- Can you add rhinestones, fringe, mesh, appliqués, or other embellishments?
- Yes! Many of my pieces can be customized with embellishments. Additional costs may apply depending on the materials and labor required. If you have a specific vision in mind, include those details when placing your order or requesting a custom commission.
- Do you make plus size pieces?
- Absolutely! Sewn in Stardust believes everyone deserves clothing that makes them feel confident and comfortable. Because pieces are handmade and use custom measurements, I can create designs for a wide range of body types.
- Do you make men’s clothing?
- Yes, I am happy to discuss custom festival wear for men. If you have a specific design please submit a commission request form.
