COMMISSION ORDER AGREEMENT:
- Before being reviewed and given a quote customers must provide design details, measurements, event deadlines, and fabric choices.
- Customers will receive a summary of the design to make sure all details are agreed upon. Once the design is approved, a set price will be given and a non refundable deposit for material and labor is required before work begins. No materials will be purchased and no work will be started until the deposit has been received.
- Minor design changes may be accommodated at my discretion. Requests for significant design changes after production has begun may require a new quote and additional payment.
- Delays in responding to questions, measurement request, or approval requests may delay processing times.
- Completed orders will not be shipped until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
